Sophisticated and progressive, the refreshed design of the new TUCSON Hybrid is taking modern aesthetics to the next level. Its chiselled surfaces and dynamic lines have already helped make the TUCSON a best-seller in the compact SUV segment.
Front
The boldly redesigned radiator grille features a dynamic interplay of thin, angular lines and the bumper and skid plates now extend seamlessly from side to side, creating a visually wider stance.
Unique LED daytime running lights.
The unique Parametric Hidden Lights have been redesigned as well – with new laser cutting technology giving the LED daytime running lights a brighter and more upscale look.
Rear.
The larger rear skid plate is integrated into the bumper moulding, reinforcing the impression of its wide stance. The sleek form seamlessly echoes the front, conveying a sense of stability.
Alloy wheels
Choose from a range of redesigned alloy wheels that further accentuate the unique look of this head-turning SUV.
Better rear visibility.
Enjoy better visibility when you need it most. The rear wiper blade length has been increased to 350 mm, so you can enjoy a clear view through a wider area when driving in the rain and snow.
High-tech glass logo.
The hatchback is crowned by a smooth glass Hyundai logo, which is now seamlessly integrated into the rear window, in a departure from traditional car emblems.

The new dashboard, with its horizontal flow and open storage tray, exudes a harmonious blend of function and style – flowing gracefully into the door trim to increase the sense of roominess. Perfectly positioned for maximum comfort while driving, the new armrest also gives you ideal access to the wireless charging pad and cup holders in the revamped centre console.

Towing Capacity.
All Tucson models can tow an unbraked trailer with a load of up to 750kg (trailer and load combined). If the trailer has a hydraulic brake system built into the trailer, the load combination raises to 1,950kg on the 2WD Diesel model, 1,350kg on PHEV models and 1,650 kg on HEV models (trailer and load combined).

Best-in-class safety and driving assist package.
With best-in-class advanced driver-assistance systems and an active safety package with a range of innovative features, Tucson delivers even more peace of mind. Equipped with an enhanced seven-airbag system, it features a first row centre side airbag, a feature unique to this segment. It prevents front row passengers from colliding with one another, minimising the risk of serious injuries.
Hyundai TUCSON received the maximum five-star overall rating in the Euro NCAP safety test. This safety test is evaluated on the following four categories: ‘adult occupant’, ‘child occupant’, ‘vulnerable road user’ and ‘safety assist’ The five-star-rated Hyundai TUCSON performed particularly well across ‘adult occupant’ and ‘child occupant’. Hyundai equips its models with Smart Sense active safety and driving technologies.
Hybrid.
Electrifying efficiency. The hybrid is powered by the new 1.6-litre Smartstream petrol engine and a 44.2 kW electric motor, with a 1.49 kWh lithium-ion polymer battery for a combined total output of 230 PS.
Plug-in Hybrid
Electric when you want it. Petrol when you need it. A plug-in hybrid version of the TUCSON with a 1.6-litre T-GDI engine is available.

Lane Following Assist (LFA).
Tucson features Lane Following Assist (LFA). When activated, it keeps the car centred in its lane at speeds between 0 and 180 km/h on motorways and city streets.
