Normal Web Site Usage

During normal web site usage we do not collect or store personally identifiable information such as name, mailing address, email address or phone number. However; if you make an enquiry, fill out a contact form or make a finance application whereby you give information, then we will collect and store this information solely for the purpose of dealing with that enquiry.

As mentioned above, if you make an enquiry or finance application, we will collect and store some personally identifiable information such as name, address, phone number, email address, as well as the contents of the enquiry. Fitzpatrick’s Garage uses third party service providers to help us operate our business and this site or to facilitate activities on our behalf, such as the Loyalty Club and email platforms, finance houses and our CRM System. In these circumstances, Fitzpatrick’s Garage are the Data Controllers of your data and the Third Parties are the Data Processers. Electronic Mail sent to us that contains personal information

In addition to the above, Internet users may decide to send Fitzpatrick’s Garage personally identifying information. We will use this information for the purpose identified in the email in order to enhance our understanding of you and improve our service to you.

Loyalty Club Membership

Loyalty Club membership can only be set up with a customers email address, without an email address we will be unable to activate the membership. All Loyalty Club members consent to being contacted by Fitzpatrick's Garage via email with exclusive news and offers. An email address is also necessary as part of the rewards redemption process of the membership. If a member unsubscribes from a Marketing Email from Fitzpatrick's Garage, that members account will automatically be deactivated on the Loyalty Club system

We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy in line with business best practice and future leglastive changes.

Any users that have signed up to receive information and newsletters from us will always be given the option to unsubscribe at the bottom of every email.
