Although we are 67 years in business in Kildare, our branch moved from it's original premises in a small lane just off the Square in the town to its location now on Dublin Road on the 14th June 1968. Today this is the main site and head office of Fitzpatrick's Garages. We celebrated 50 years at the new location with lots of ballons, cakes, and took a trip down memory lane with photos of that very day 50 years ago. Managing Director (and nephew to the founder Jimmy Fitzpatrick) Andy Fitzpatrick made a lovely speech to all staff and toasted to another 50 years in business. A special must be given to two of our team members, Paddy Conneely and Eddie McDermott! They worked with us on the 14th of June 1968, and they still work with us today! It's such an honour as a company to have so many longstanding members of staff like Paddy & Eddie. Here's to another 50 years in business on Dublin Road Kildare!
