We have some very exciting projects planned, so we’re now on the lookout for some fantastic Service Advisors to join our award-winning teams in Kildare Town, Naas, Carlow, and Tullamore.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the day to day administration and management of our busy Service Department

  • Dealing with customers in a courteous and professional manner, anticipating their needs and always exceeding their expectations

  • Appointment bookings, job scheduling and liaising with our customers and internal departments

  • Preparation of repair estimates, final invoicing and processing and settlement of warranty claims

  • Maintain product and technical knowledge across our range of passenger cars

  • Job status monitoring and customer communication

  • Work with our Aftersales teams to ensure agreed targets and deadlines are met

The successful candidates will have:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential

  • Be highly motivated and able to work on their own initiative

  • Previous experience in the motor industry is desirable

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Strong computer skills and experience with CDK/Keyloop/Kerridge would be advantageous

  • Demonstrate a strong interest and knowledge of the motor industry

  • Full, clean driving licence
